Corrigo Moves Corporate Headquarters to Oregon, Expands Management team

David Davies and Tom Hresko Add Strength to Corrigo Executive Staff

WILSONVILLE, Ore. - September 8, 2004 - Corrigo, Inc., the leading provider of service management solutions to real estate, facility management and field service organizations, today announced it has moved corporate headquarters to Wilsonville, Oregon from Redwood City, California. The move is a result of the company's expansion over the past year and need to consolidate executive staff and sales and marketing in one location. Oregon's technology talent pool and quality of living made it the top choice for Corrigo's new headquarters.

"Moving to Oregon provides Corrigo with a good foundation for continued expansion. Our on-demand software model means we could operate anywhere and we choose Oregon," said Rick Michaux, president of Corrigo, Inc. "Since the beginning of the year, we've completed 20 hires in Oregon and will continue our expansion with another 20 planned hires in the coming year."

Corrigo's sales and customers have doubled since achieving profitability last year. Recently, the company has begun to grow its sales and marketing effort after raising growth financing late in 2003. Corrigo's objective is to be the leading provider of service management solutions for the over 10 million maintenance, installation and repair professionals nation wide. To accomplish this, Corrigo is selling into field force management, facilities management, and asset management markets in which it has identified specific opportunities representing over $1.6 billion of recurring revenue opportunity.

Recent executive hires include David Davies as Corrigo's vice president of finance and administration and Tom Hresko, vice president of worldwide sales.

Davies has experience as chief financial officer of a number of high-tech, venture funded companies since the mid 1980's after working at Intel for several years. In these roles he managed finance and administration, raised numerous rounds of venture capital and orchestrated successful liquidity events for many of the companies including Photon Kinetics (fiber optic test and measurement), ProTools (network protocol analysis software), Kaspia Systems (network monitoring software), and WeSync (internet synchronization of information for Palm devices). Davies has a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Arts in economics from Williams College.

Hresko's most recent role was as vice president of worldwide sales at Primus, a knowledge-base company providing tools for eService and help desk platforms. Prior to that Hresko was with Network Associates, Inc. for 11 years. He held the vice president title in four of their divisions and built up sales organizations to over 100 people delivering over $100 million in sales. In his last role he was vice president of worldwide sales for their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business unit which focused on call center, help desk and workflow applications. Prior to Network Associates, Hresko held management positions at SPRINT and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Hresko holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Michigan, and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
