One of the nation's largest office/industrial property management organizations to implement Corrigo's maintenance and customer service solution, CorrigoNet™, to increase tenant satisfaction, reduce maintenance costs and increase operational efficiencies.

Release Date:

Redwood City, Calif., -- October 22, 2001 - Corrigo, Inc., the leader in mobile service management solutions for organizations with extensive installation, maintenance and repair functions, has announced a contract with Duke Realty Corporation (DRE/NYSE), one the nation's largest mixed office/industrial real estate companies, to deploy Corrigo's mobile service management application, CorrigoNet, across its property portfolio.

Duke Realty owns and operates approximately 120 million square feet of office and industrial properties nationwide. Duke Realty will implement Corrigo's Web-based maintenance and customer service solution in conjunction with Corrigo's wireless field management module to automate their entire service and maintenance processes.

CorrigoNet coordinates and streamlines the service delivery functions by enabling Duke Realty tenants to log onto a company-branded Web site or phone in to place service calls and obtain detailed real-time status updates about their requests. Duke Realty management and customer service staff are supplied with information concerning staff/service provider productivity and responsiveness, tenant satisfaction, and inventory. Throughout the entire process, the Corrigo KnowledgeBase™ compiles a wealth of operational data that provides Duke Realty Corporation with benchmarkable detail regarding property and facility performance - from a single property, to their entire portfolio.

"CorrigoNet is an operational tool our associates will use to provide excellent customer service while increasing Duke Realty's operational efficiency," says Denny Oklak, Duke Realty CAO. "The collaborative environment it establishes between Duke, our tenants and vendors will not only streamline the service delivery process but also give us better insight into on-going operations."

Duke Realty Corporation, committed to Complete Customer Satisfaction, undertook a rigorous selection process, evaluating various application providers to ensure that the ultimate application would have the functionality to deliver higher customer satisfaction as well as optimize operational efficiencies and streamline internal processes.  "We looked at several vendors and applications, and CorrigoNet really stood out," says Duke Realty CIO, Paul Quinn. "The robust functionality, product stability and Corrigo's focus on the customer experience made them our vendor of choice for automating the maintenance and service side of our business."

"We are excited to be partnering with Duke Realty," says Rick Michaux, president of Corrigo, Inc. "They have really thought through the type of experience they want for their tenants and associates. Their attention to the selection process demonstrates how serious the company is about driving to higher efficiencies and excellent tenant relationships."

Corrigo drives improvements in customer service, staff productivity, supplier management and asset performance by using the web and wireless technologies to coordinate the flow of information between customers, staff, suppliers, contractors and management. The CorrigoNet application is offered on a straight sale basis or, for customers requiring additional technical infrastructure or expertise, can be leased along with hosting and maintenance services. Duke Realty Corporation has purchased the CorrigoNet solution and will deploy the application and services using their own staff and infrastructure, under the advisement and license of Corrigo, Inc.
