Release Date:

Wilsonville, OR—June 21, 2006—Corrigo, Inc., the provider of the leading on-demand wireless, web-based maintenance and warranty service management solutions for homebuilders, announced its Spring ’06 release.  This upgrade addresses the growing needs of homebuilders that want to improve efficiencies in customer service operations while increasing satisfaction level.  Corrigo’s solution streamlines the flow of information and activities regarding warranty service requests among new homeowners, customer service representatives and sub-contractors.

New with this release are at-a-glance, calendar-view dispatch boards, service management dashboards, and graphical reports that give service supervisors and homebuilders better visibility into warranty service requests.

Remote, mobile capability and improved mobile device support enables field supervisors to create and assign work orders and view workloads at the point of service.  The new release is compatible with Sprint, Verizon and Cingular wireless services and mobile devices.

“The new features and functions of Corrigo’s Spring ’06 release are based on the top requirements and requests from more than 400 customers, including a significant number of homebuilders,” noted Richard Michaux, president of Corrigo.

“Our homebuilder customers told us that to significantly improve their warranty service management processes; they needed more visibility into the activities of field managers and sub-contractors and their responsiveness to customer needs.”

Highlights of the Spring ’06 release include—

  • Calendar view—The ability to schedule and see work orders on a daily, weekly or monthly view
  • Mobile Manager—The ability to remotely view, assign and reassign work orders, check work order status and view team workloads via a handheld unit.  Helps small operations that do not have a dispatcher.
  • Bluetooth peripheral support—The ability to print and scan while in the field
